Ameriforge’s Transportation Products Group is
a globally benchmarked producer of forged component
solutions. With a combined industry experienced
of over 100 years in the forging industry, Ameriforge
draws from this experience along with the use of
new metal forming technology via DEFORM and Solid
Works software. We can import your final component’s
geometry into our CAE system via IGES or Solid
Works file, thereby reducing the time necessary
to generate an engineered quote.
Ameriforge’s Energy Products Group offers
a wide range of “make-to-order” specialty
forgings. Energy Products’ specialty open and
closed (impression) die forgings include valve bodies,
power plant components, alternate energy (ethanol)
value-added forgings, wind-power forged products,
stationary turbines on land and sea, Union Caps,
and Fittings. We have valued customers in several
industries not limited to oil & gas exploration
and production both land and off-shore, mining,
aerospace, defense contracts.
Ameriforge’s Standard
Products are more universal products including hammer
unions, hubs and caps, triplex pistons, API adapters,
lower rings, and slip bowls. Our tradition of supporting
the successful launch of new products that meet complex
engineering and quality requirements has lead to
a growing demand for the production of these forgings.
Ameriforge’s turnkey manufacturing includes
in-house engineering, forging, heat-treating, machining,
and metallurgical testing.
