Products | Forging
Transportation Products are produced on high-power
steam hammers that range from 8,000 to 12,000 pounds. This
enables Transportation Products to impart the critical forge-work
necessary to produce high pressure flanges of medium and
large diameter in difficult to forge material grades. Transportation Products offers a wide variety of alloys including 300 series
stainless, Duplex, Chrome-moly, and Nickel alloy. This
forging capability is supplemented by the ring rolling capabilities
of our sister company, Steel
Industries to extend our size range up to 72” in
similar grades of material. Our Transportation Products
forge capacity exceeds 10 million lbs/year.
