APQP
All major products are launched with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process. The APQP team is a cross-functional group involving production control, program management, engineering, quality , and production. The process begins with specification/contract review and continues through product launch and beyond.

Continuous Improvement Acvtivities
Continuous Improvement Activities have the goal of reducing variation and improve overall Equipment Efficiency. The projects are led by 6s black belts with cross-functional support.
