FVC: Company Profile
FVC was conceived as a machining facility in April 1976.
Soon after, it became increasingly apparent that there was
a need for specialized forgings, other than those readily
available. Operations were expanded to include in-house forging
capabilities with equipment and dies specifically selected
to manufacture seamless, self-reinforcing nozzles that would
comply with the high standards of performance, our valued
customers demand.
Initial production included Long Weld Neck flanges, which
eliminate the requirements of x-raying the welds, and procurement
of weld neck flanges, cutting of pipe and procurement of reinforcing
pads. Today, FVC has over 18 different products including Heavy Barrel Necks, Variable Body V1-V2-V3

FVC's corporate, manufacturing and storage facilities are situated on approximately thirteen acres. FVC offers total forging services from raw billet to the finished machined product. These services also include custom design capabilities, as well as the full range of quality standard products outlined in this website. This combination has allowed FVC to fulfill a wide variety of forging needs in many industries - worldwide.
Over the years, FVC has continued to reinvest in its future by installing new, state-of-the-art equipment in both its shop and its offices. More recently this has included larger forging presses, billet cutting saws, CNC mills, computer equipment and new software for use throughout our entire business. FVC is committed to continued expansion and is an integral member of the Ameriforge Group of Companies. This group is one of the largest and most technologically advanced suppliers of closed-die forgings, open-die forgings, rolled-ring forgings, and precisely machined products in the world.
