Commercial Forgings are available in sizes and configurations to meet your specific needs and can be supplied with flat bottoms or contoured to cylindrical or spherical radius. 

A large inventory of raw material billets and bars is maintained to provide rapid manufacturing on special and custom products.  We can provide rough forgings to  finish and parts that are rough-machined with stock allowed for finishing.

FVC in-house engineering is available to assist you in forging design, material selection, and custom forged product development. Our experienced engineering staff is equipped to serve your needs with "Solid Works" design software and electronic drawing/data transmission capabilities. FVC products are forged from hot rolled bar, hot rolled billet or forged billet. All raw materials used are electric furnace, vacuum degassed. 

FVC can produce forgings of over 60 inches in length, up to 30,000 pounds in weight and with an outside diameter of up to 58 inches on one of three hydraulic presses, a 900 Ton, 1000 Ton, and a 3500 Ton hydraulic press.
