Products: Insert (Q) Nozzles

The "Q", Insert Type, or Butt Weld Nozzle is available through 24" sizes meeting the ASME B16.5 standard (all pressure classes). FVC can also meet the specifications of ASME B16.47, Series A & Series B.  The "Q" style nozzle can be furnished with either the "F" style or "V" style body (depicted in shaded view above) as a flat bottom, spherically or cylindrically curved as depicted in the shaded area of the drawing above. FVC maintains a large raw material inventory of SA105 and some of SA350-LF2, SA182-F22, and SA182-F11.
