FVC maintains a large inventory of standard products in a wide range of sizes and pressure ratings. Both finished machined and unfinished forgings are available. A large inventory of raw material billets and bars is also maintained to provide rapid manufacturing and design on special and custom products.

We can provide rough forgings to finish and parts that are rough-machined with stock allowed for finishing.

FVC in-house engineering is available to assist you in forging design, material selection, and custom forged product development. Our experienced engineering staff is equipped to serve your needs with "Solid Works" design software and electronic drawing/data transmission capabilities.

FVC products are forged from billet. All raw materials used are electric furnace, vacuum degassed. (Heat treatment, machining, drilling and contouring are standard controlled processes at FVC.)

FVC can produce forgings of over 60 inches in length, up to 30,000 pounds in weight and with an outside diameter of up to 58 inches on one of three hydraulic presses, a 900-ton, 1000-ton, and a 3,500-ton hydraulic press.
