General Purchasing & Procurement Information:
FVC has an Approved Vendor List. Each supplier of product-related materials, parts, or services is included on the approved vendors list. The approved vendors list includes the scope of each supplier's approval.
Each supplier is evaluated for inclusion on the approved vendors list by one or more of the following methods:
a) Source inspection of the products at the supplier's facility.
b) Receiving inspection of the product as FVC.
c) Surveillance of the supplier's conformance program.
d) Documented certification by the FVC Quality Manager that a supplier's quality program conforms to all the requirements of this manual.
Indication of acceptance will be made by applying a stamp or other markings to the material or product received, or on records traceable to the material or product. Any received material or product that is not acceptable is considered nonconforming and is processed according to our ISO approved Quality Manual.

FVC has ongoing requirements for Destructive and Non-Destructive laboratory testing.
